I plugged anyway and it Works fine in the Zenith Console. I found that right where the power goes, the plastic connector is broken AND it has ONLY 2 WIRES compared with 3 wires in the SEARS turntable. I took off that from the unit and replaced it in the Zenith console and IT WORKS!! Which means that something is happening with the power connection in the Zenith turntable. I have another SEARS Stereo System turntable. Ok, My friends! This is what I have found in the not Zenith non-working turntable. In other devices that I had, I have tried putting the niddle on the records and I will get sound from it but this time I don't get any sound wich means I guess I don't have any signal going-coming out from that part of the stereo. THANKS SO MUCH AS ALWAYS FOR YOUR GREATELY APPRECIATED helpĪS AN ADITTIONAL COMMENT TO THIS IS THAT I just checked and if I put a record in the plate and make it spin manually and put the niddle to play the record it will not even sound wich means that is not getting power to that part of the stereo. What do you think I should look and get fixed? I am attaching a few pics of the appliance so you will have a better idea. First of all, the turntable starter does not hold the start phase, I mean, it should click and stay as "start" but does not hold it there BUT even if I actívate that selector it will not make any noise of spining although When I spin the plate, if I actívate the starter selector it will simulate that the arm is going back to the stop possition on the arm holder. I, AT LEAST FOR NOW, would like to make the turntable work since is a really beaufitul piece of furniture. Bobbatroz wrote:Hey everyone!
